- Property information landlords enter into TenantLine: property names and addresses, tenant contact details, and lease terms.
- Communications: records of AI-handled tenant calls (transcripts and recordings), SMS messages sent to or from TenantLine numbers, and SMS consent and opt-out records.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the TenantLine service — answering tenant calls, logging maintenance requests, and sending maintenance reminders and account notifications.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share your information
- We share information only with service providers necessary to operate TenantLine (for example, Twilio for voice and SMS delivery, and our hosting provider). These providers may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. SMS program data
You opt in by providing your mobile number in your lease agreement or during onboarding with your landlord, consenting to receive recurring automated property-related text messages from TenantLine. We store your mobile number and message history to operate the program and to honor opt-out requests (such as STOP). Text STOP to cancel at any time; text HELP for help.
