Program description

TenantLine sends property maintenance reminders and account notifications to tenants on behalf of their landlord — such as lease renewal reminders, seasonal maintenance reminders (for example, AC filter replacement), and maintenance request confirmations.

Consent

By providing your mobile number in your lease agreement or during onboarding with your landlord, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from TenantLine at that number.

Cost and frequency

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies. Messages are sent when reminders are due or when activity on your property triggers a notification.

Opting out and help

• To cancel at any time, text STOP to +1 (817) 662-4011. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. (END, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work.)

Changes to these terms

TenantLine may update these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted at trytenantline.com/terms. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
